Couples Counselling


Couples counselling supports you to better understand the patterns you may be caught in together particularly when communication becomes difficult, conflict escalates, or emotional distance grows.

In our work, we slow these moments down and begin to understand what’s happening underneath the surface, helping you reconnect with each other in ways that feel safer, more responsive, and more secure.

This approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based model for strengthening connection and repairing relationship distress.

Individual Counselling


Individual counselling provides a space to explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace.

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift. You might be navigating challenges in your relationships, or wanting to better understand yourself and how you connect with others.

Through an attachment-based approach, we work to make sense of these patterns and support meaningful, lasting change

60 minutes - Couple Sessions: $230

- Individual Sessions: $180

90 minutes - Couple Sessions: $320

- Individual Sessions $250 (Recommended for initial sessions)
