Together, we slow things down to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to create new ways of communicating that feel more real, clear and from the heart.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling can help you to better understand the patterns you may be caught in together particularly when communication becomes difficult, conflict escalates, or the distance between you grows.
In our work, at a pace that feels right for you, I like to start by getting to know you and the story of your relationship. Then we look at what’s happening underneath the surface, helping you reconnect with each other in ways that feel safer, clearer, and more secure.
This approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, both evidence-based models for strengthening connection and repairing relationship distress.

Individual Counselling

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift. You might be navigating challenges in your relationships, or wanting to better understand yourself and how you connect with others.
Through an attachment-based approach, we work to make sense of these patterns and support meaningful, lasting change
