You’re welcome to book a session at a time that suits you.

If you’re unsure where to begin, starting with a free 15-min consultation call or an initial session can be a helpful first step.

Both give us an opportunity to understand what’s been happening for you, consider how we might work together and if we’re a good fit.

Taking the first step can feel like a lot — you’re welcome to go at your own pace.

How to Book

When you feel ready, you can book a session online at any time by selecting the “View available times” button above.

You’ll be able to view current availability, choose the appointment type that suits you, and select a time that works best.

You’ll be asked to provide a few details to complete your booking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is finalised. You’ll be invited to review informed consent and complete a short intake form after booking.

Payment details are entered securely at the time of booking, and your card will be charged after your session.

If you’re booking as a couple, please use one partner’s details when making the appointment.

Fees & Rebates

Sessions are:

  • $230 for 60 minutes (Couples)

  • $180 for 60 minutes (Individuals)

  • $320 for 90 minutes (Couples)

  • $250 for 90 minutes (Indivudals)

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment.

I’m a registered provider with Bupa and GU Health. If your private health insurance includes counselling as part of your extras cover, you may be eligible to claim a rebate.

As cover varies between policies, it can be helpful to check directly with your insurer to understand what applies to you.

Sessions are available in person (Camberwell) and online.
