Hi there! I’m Annie a Counsellor, offering individual and couples therapy in Melbourne and online. I support people to better understand themselves, navigate relationship challenges, and create deeper emotional connection.

My work is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Together we work to gently explore the emotional patterns shaping your experiences and relationships, helping you develop new ways of responding with clarity and compassion.
My therapeutic approach focuses on understanding the emotional experiences that sit beneath patterns of conflict, withdrawal, anxiety, or disconnection.
I draw primarily on attachment-informed and emotionally focused approaches, supporting individuals and couples to:
• better understand emotional patterns
• strengthen connection and communication
• move through conflict more safely
• develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience
Sessions are collaborative and paced according to what feels manageable for you.
